Our senior consultants with advanced knowledge of industry computing standards and operations conduct our assessments. We've conducted many of these assessments and all have resulted in a formal plan of engagement where we partner with your organization to solve the identified challenges.

For a small to medium organization (50-500 people), the discovery process takes approximately 8-12 hours of interviews and research on site. The next 6-8 hours are then spent preparing the customized assessment for the organization. This assessment can be used to assist in prioritization of projects, risk reduction, strategic planning, or task assignment. This is a great way to start the year with a formal plan of action customized for the hiring organization.
